A little about Cindy...
An Effingham County native, Cindy Howze attended the University of Georgia before returning home to begin her professional career. She first worked in new home sales with Fred Williams Homes before earning her teaching certification from Western Carolina University. Cindy went on to teach at both Effingham County Middle School and Memorial Day School, where she developed a passion for serving others and building lasting relationships within the community.
During her years in education, she earned her real estate license, laying the foundation for a lifelong interest in the industry. Together, Cindy and her husband, Gregg, have pursued a variety of business ventures over the years, with real estate remaining a constant focus. She also owned and operated Mill Creek Banquet Hall, further strengthening her experience in business ownership, customer service, and community involvement.
Today, Cindy is excited to return to real estate sales and property management with GEORGIA Real Estate & Management. Drawing on decades of experience in education, business, and real estate investing, she is dedicated to providing knowledgeable guidance, personalized service, and a commitment to helping clients achieve their real estate goals.
