A little about Lance...
Born and raised in Effingham County, Lance is a graduate of Effingham County High School and earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from the Parker College of Business at Georgia Southern University. During his time at Georgia Southern, he was a member of the Kappa Alpha Order, Delta Theta Chapter.
As the owner and manager of multiple commercial businesses in the Savannah area, Lance brings valuable firsthand knowledge of business operations, investment properties, and commercial real estate. He specializes in commercial and land sales, with experience in timber harvesting, land management, subdivision, and property development. His financial background and practical business experience allow him to help clients carefully evaluate opportunities and make confident, informed decisions.
Lance values building lasting relationships and takes pride in providing attentive, knowledgeable service throughout every transaction. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his children - and, according to Lance, coming inside is usually the least enjoyable part of the day.
