Owner Services:

  • Available properties are listed with the Savannah Area MLS as well as the Georgia MLS. This provides local realtors and property managers access to the property information and availability.

  • Available properties are fed to 70+ real estate search engines which includes all major national feeds.

  • Potential tenants (anyone over 18 that will reside in property) will be screened by:

    • credit check

    • background/criminal history report

    • eviction report

    • reference check

    • employment check

    • current landlord verification

  • Online owner portal provides owners with access to all payment information, lease agreements, management agreements, move in documents, invoices and any other pertinent documents.

  • Online tenant portal provides tenants access to pay rent online at any time and report any minor repair issues.

  • Move in inspections are completed at the time of move in. Additional inspections are performed at 6 month, year or another interval requested by owner. All inspections are digital and available online at all times.

  • Yearly 1099 and full yearly owner report provided to each owner.
